As for prices, look at closed auctions on e-bay.

Both sound in good enough shape for a lot of fun. Try some 120 in
Plus-X, and the "sunny 16" is good. As to DOF, check out the web page
that has DOF calculations on it.

I have a vintage Zeiss 1930s box camera in 120 that is a bit "soft,"
but is a lot of fun to use. Just contact print the results, for a nice
"retro" result.

75 to 80mm is right for a 120 rollfilm camera for the "standard" lens.
