A2e: $250-300, maybe a little more if the command dial has been repaired or
the VG-10 grip is included.
28-105 USM: Assuming it's the older, faster version $165-185, depending if
hood and caps are included.
Canon 540EZ flash: $150-200.

Subtract 40-50% if trading in to a dealer, 5% if selling on eBay to cover
fees.
