What is this worth? - Fair market value

Does anyone know hat is the going price for the following:

 - Canon A2e body
 - Canon 28-105 USM lens
 - Canon 540EZ flash

I would like to sell in order to raise some funds for the purchase of
the the new Canon Digital Rebel.

The equipment is in near mint condition.  The flash unit has _NEVER_
been used.
