This is totally incorrect. Unlike the Rodagon and El-Nikkor 80mm lenses, the Schneider is not rated by the manufacturer to cover 6x7 (it covers 6x6 max). Image circle is not strictly determined by focal length. For example for 6x9, Schneider uses a 100mm lens and the others use 105mm.

That's funny; the Schneider Componon I use for 6x9 is a 105mm.
