Develop in a speed-increasing developer that contains Phenidone, and (if you don't have more specific instructions) double the normal development time. Ilford Microphen, Kodak T-Max Developer, Ilfotec DD-X, or Acufine are good choices. You will get very contrasty negatives with no shadow detail.
