Try a different antibiotic.

Those are antiparasitics. Not antibiotics.

Antibiotics may be the only way to get rid of the respiratory infection. I
have had good results using Amakacin to treat pneumonia.

I'd be very interested to hear how you give injections to a venomous snake,
the fastest snake in the world.
