Sheltie rescue in Florida?

Im trying to help my SIL get in contact with Sheltie rescue in FL -
pennsacola area.   She has a sheltie, approx 4 years old, who does NOT like
kids.   The dog was a stray that they took in about 2 1/2 years ago.   The
dog, Maggie, recently snapped at their 2 year old son.   She gets along well
with other dogs and all adults, but just doesnt like kids.   She would be a
great only dog as she is quite the attention hog.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
