We had a particularly annoying one this weekend while driving to a show. 
It was something like 5:00 a.m., and I-70 was quite empty (for I-70 
anyway). Yet this van would NOT leave us alone. I tried slowing down. He 
slowed down. So I tried speeding up. HE sped up. I think perhaps it was 
a drowsy driver and he/she was trying to use me to keep awake, but it 
was just annoying as hell--all this empty highway and this one vehicle 
right on my butt, and since it was an econovan the headlights were right 
where they glared directly into my side mirror. We finally got OFF THE 
HIGHWAY and ate breakfast, losing him.
