That's what they should do. Other people are paying to have a nice meal too
and should not be infringed upon by others. Some of them are even parents
who went to the trouble of paying someone to watch their own kids, just to
avoid this type of situation.

Poignant example: If my dog were screaming his head off in his crate I'd get
the dog out and walk him, rather than just stand there and force other dog
show exhibitors to deal with it. I'm the one with the noisy dog, and though
true, it would be disrespectful of everyone else there to simply tell them,
"He's just testing me to see at what point I will break down and get him out
of his crate."
