I like the ones who begin by saying they have a cat(s) to "donate" to
me.  Before long, they turn to coercion, "I guess I'll have to take her
to the public shelter because I'm moving _tomorrow_."

People are assholes, but what are you going to do?  It's only the cats
that suffer if you refuse to help.
