Good news! my kitty "Bandit" has made a remarkable recovery, the Arrow pierced him near his left shoulder and followed down and through his skin next to his tummy. Yes, we reported this as early as we could to the local State police and is still under investigation, needless to say "Bandit" is not going to be allowed to play outside, this is hard on him but we dont want to let this killer have another shot. I agree with others who have posted this was done by someone who has no respect for life. I am so gratefull to the Vet who took him out of danger and so skillfully repaired his wound..
