All you have to do is submit the right information back to them and you'll get the rebate. Usually to get a rebate it's an original, or copy of, the store receipt, an original UPC bar code from the item and a filled out rebate form It's not rocket science but people do manage to flub it up. My mom just recently screwed one up - she sent in what she thought was the UPC code but it was not - so she got all her stuff back from the rebate company and she simply resubmitted it to them w/the correct UPC. Can't you just submit the correct info? What are the conditions that are difficult to meet?
