I guess you just can't comprehend how someone could value their flowers as much as you value your cat. Oh, when your neighbor's kid's baseball comes over the fence, you could try talking to the parents or the kid. If it happens again, take the kid to your local animal shelter where he/she will be euthanized if not claimed by his/her parents :-)
