We should put equal "blame" to the cat owners who let their cats roam
outside. We can't expect everyone in the world to have the same set of
values as ours. You say your cat or any other feral is more valuable
than the other man's flower bed. He obviously thinks otherwise --
flowers are God's creations too, aren't they?

If you love your cat so much, then don't let them roam outside at the
mercy of other people who don't value your cat's life as much as you
do.
