It is a bit like all these weight loss pills, herb teas etc. I mean, we *all* know they don't work, but millions are made by companies which sell them to overweight people who want a quick fix without actually having to change the way the eat or do any exersize. Snake oil sellers have been around for centuries and will be around in centuries to come I expect.
