Well, I'm sure you have heard me say it before, but a little salt and vinegar in the water has always helped my birds. The vinegar seems to run the feather lice away, and the salt, any salt, softens the water and makes the feathers absorb more water. They seem to clean up better when preened later. The baths are especially good during the molt. Helps the new feathers unfurl. And of course, the birds LOVE to take a bath! E-Man
