What sorts of symptoms are you seeing?

Boils on the joints? Paratyphoid. Bacterial, you need to get an antibiotic quickly.

Twisted necks? PMV. Viral. Isolate any birds that look sick and then pray they get better. PMV is like a super flu to a pigeon. Can't be cured--antibiotics will only stop opportunistic bacteria from making things worse with a secondary infection. If you don't vaccinate for PMV, you need to. You can also vaccinate against Paratyphoid too.

What it sounds like you have is referred to as "going light" (I'm sure you've heard that term before). The problem is that going light is a symptom of something else not a disease. One thing that was suggested to me when birds are going light is to make sure they're wormed. That was suggested to me by Joe Quinn so it's good advice.

If you have any decent sized university around you with a Vet Med program have a postmortem examination of the birds. They may be able to tell you what killed them and therefore you'll be able to better determine a course of action to take.
