First thing I'd do is bleach-clean the feed and drinking containers. Do a thorough scraping and cleaning, and examine your feed for stailness or fungus. Make sure you have no openings in the loft big enough for mice or even sparrows to get in. Put some vinegar in their drinking water, and check all birds vent area for runny stool. Isolate any that have a bad stool. You'll need to ask some of the guys from the PerformanceList, or Earl's List, or even the PigeonList about specific diseases and medications. These are just some things you can do to slow it up until you can find out what it is. E-Man
