1.) Your question is kind of off-topic in this newsgroup.  I'm not
saying this to make you feel bad and I'm not trying to single you out.
I'm simply mentioning this so that hopefully if the next person sees
this, he or she will not post an off-topic message in the newsgroup.
This group is for the discussion of the care and keeping of domesticated
pigeons.  What you're basically asking about is pest control.

2.) Regardless of the topicality of your posting, I'd suggest you take a
