OK, first of all I'm going to say i know next to nothing about pigeons, so please forgive me if these questions are stupid. I live in an area (Canada) that was affected by Hurricane Isabelle and now I have a pigeon perched on my balcony window. The pigeon is white with black spots. I think it is also probably frightend. My questions are: I have never seen a pigeon like this before, could it be a pet? (it has no tag on the leg for ID) Is this normal for lone pigeons to do this and what should I do? Should I just let it stay there until the storm blows over? (or is there something else I can do). Like I said I know next to nothing about pigeons. Thank you for reading W
