Interesting idea to put the Dogloo inside aother structure... I do question the amount of space you're proposing, though. In the winter (and I spent 4 of them down the road in Lawton), the dog's body heat heats the dog house itself. If you lived up in South Dakota, where they have WINTER, I'd suggest a heated dog bed... but in OK, my terriers used to sunbathe on small drifts of snow after the sun came out again... Pretty much, you can build it yourself (or work out a plan with a carpenter), or use the suggestion in the post above. This type of custom structure is not likely to be found, prebuilt.
