thunder and lightning

I have two Toy Poms about the same age.  The one is not afraid of storms,
but the other one is absolutely terrified of thunder and lightning - she
trembles with fear and tries to hide behind the furniture.

Any suggestions as to how to reduce (or eliminate) the stress of
thunderstorms for her will be greatly appreciated.
