The only thing I know of in the Ural Mountains is Mining as in Gem and
Mineral's.

To some extent there is a bonafide interest in this area although you
would have to locate the the mines that have desirable minerals Oh say
Red Beryl.
This and other Russian minerals have been secret to west some
collectors would be interested in seeing, collecting or just learning.
May-be a negoitiated mine tour if Mine is in good condition lol.

Older mines that are near the end or just are not being worked are a
good bet to bolster some income with them.
But High end mining is also desirable to some people the hustle and
bustle is nice to watch for some over some hot coffee.
