 Ok, I see what you mean.  I haven't had a car with a 
 clutch for a long time now, but I do have a pair of 
 boots that I can not wear while driving.  They're very
 bulky, with inserts, etc, for very cold weather, making
 it easy to step on both the gas and brake pedals at 
 the same time.
