Yes I was "nice" on the phone.
I was told the personnel left early and the operator would look for somebody but after 
about
a minute I was just "cut-off".  I did not call back.

I also was in contact with the N.J. Division of Fish and Wildlife (a division of the 
NJ DEP)
and at best a petition to change rules was made.  However, due to the Holiday, I will 
have
to wait until next week to get a full response from the N.J. Division of Fish and 
Wildlife.
