Penn International Reel Questions

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with the Penn International II 16S?  I
was thinking about bidding on Ebay.  It's a brand new reel, and
currently at $250.  Is that a good price?  I have a Penn 940 that I
use for salmon mooching, and love the reel. But, now I'm looking for
something that can be used for other types of fish.  Would this be
suitable for Albacore, stripers, halibut, or sturgeon? Or, is it to
heavy?
Any advise would be appreciated.  Thanks!
