THey've been scammed at least once that I know of.

How many awards are given?  And how many civil liability cases are
decided each year in the US?

Given those numbers, what does that tell you about the US court system,
based on expected error present in any system?

Put it another way.... If I told you of say 10 "bad" things done by
Laurels SCA wide, would you therefore conclude the entire system is
useless and a random one you meet will be "bad"?

Which is why I think actual on the ground experience is worth more than
any tabloid.
