I expect my coffee to be hot and fresh, and then I add milk. But drinking it without works just fine - the surface cools enough to drink as soon as it is in a cup. But my point is not so much to do with what temperature the coffee was kept - I was rather thinking that coffee should be hot off the press, fresh. Stuff that's stewed for hours at 86 degrees or whatever is deemed 'safe' (or unsafe, for that matter) would taste like crap. Extra clarification - I'm Swedish, and drink a LOT of coffee. Good coffee. I import it myself. /maggie Ex Factis Honestas Agnoscitur
