I'm fat, sure enough. But after covering my weight measure on my physical stat sheet at the doc's office, he himself said "by the numbers, you're healthier than anyone in this office, including me". Those numbers included a strength test, blood work, and stress testing. Not all genotypes are healthiest at American-idealised weights. This is not to debunk or take away from the concern and seriousness of your comments, but it is rather hard, sometimes, to be constantly on the defensive for being what my Doctor tells me is "the optimum and healthiest weight level for your body and metabolism". Having a friend who practically worships body "perfection" and judges one's mental and spiritual health by the shape on one's body, I have a flinch reaction to commentaries such as Papiol's, no matter how true on the average they may be.
