Music video with mushroom cloud

Does anybody remember a music video from the 1980's which showed a
nuclear explosion happening in reverse and someone yelling
"Wheeeeeeeeee!"      What was the name of the band and the song?

It might have been on during the mid-80's, about 20 years ago.
