'Naked' could also connote a state of mind ie being emotionally naked. Nude is 
well..nude. It's
the classical Western artistic interpretation of the woman passively being an "object" 
of the
man's gaze and nothing more. The former is dynamic, the latter is passive.

I think Sarah naked in the video intends to convey the state of mind of the poor soul 
in
Fallen. She did it before with Into The Fire and Path of Thorns videos. I don't think 
it's a
desperate attempt to get people to notice her. If she had not gone naked in a video 
before,
then maybe yeah I would be suspicious.

Unfortunately the general public may be quite offended at seeing their sweet angelic 
decent
Sarah going naked and think like you guys just did.
