not anytime soon, and prolly not until she puts out an album of new 
material.  she's doing promotional rounds for librarian, but no tour.  she 
said in at least one recent interview that she wants to go back to her old 
cycle of being in studio for about a year and then promoting/touring for 
about a year.  i'm guessing that means we'll see a new album and tour in 
2005, although late 2004 is a possibility.  that sounds like a long time 
right now, but in my experience it goes by before you know it, and then 
you've built up a good appetite.  :)
