The Creative "Platinum" series of sound cards all have
what the call "Live-drive" front plug-in panels that go
into a standard 5 1/2 in/ "drive-bays". The original
SB-Live front panel has DIN Midi IN & OUT plus
RCA type female jacks for SPDIF IN & OUT plus
standard stereo jacks for MIC-IN. LINE-IN.. and
headphone OUT.

The ( newer ) "Audigy" card  front panel has some
additional jacks but I don't know what they are.
