midi patch panel question (cross-post)

Is there any company out there that makes a midi patch panel with midi
input  ports accessible FROM THE FRONT of the panel??  Yes I have a
midi patch bay (MX-8) but I hate having to crawl in the back of my
rack for each gig hooking up my midi ins.  I would like to have a
patch panel accessible from the front of my rack to plug things in.
>From the back of it then I could patch to my midi patchbay.  Basically
I'm looking for a device that has  something like 4 midi ins (or more)
and 4 midi outs (or more) with the inputs in front.
