It's classic Newman satire/irony rocked up by producer-fan Mark Knopfler in MK's "Money For Nothing" style. Overall though, Randy's a pop artist, albeit a unique one who likes to fool around with many music popular piano-based music styles and genres from throughout the 20th century..including some fine 70s and 80s pop when he felt like it. imo, Steve
