I think the article is BS and for what its worth please research and study Tiger's up bringing and life as a youngster. It was not from privilege or country clubs as you state. He has stated how on several occasions he could not play on certain golf courses in California, and he and his father had to find alternate practice venues, and at times at night. He knows racism and prejudice, but doesn't make it an obstacle, nor does he become so preoccupied with it, that it hinders his goals and his performance. Maybe like myself Tiger (a Buddhist) believes Babylon is in the mirror. OJ Simpson plays a lot of golf at my club and he ONLY shows up and mixes with blondes. He only knew the black community when he was in trouble. What does this tell you? Tiger is his own man and can do whatever the hell he wants and no one should try and dictate otherwise.
