Interesting, I get a completely different perspective of Bill's contribution to KC. The only recording where I feel it could even be remotely argued that there is an imbalance between his contributions and the other bandmembers' is on _thrack_ and even there it's not so much a case of him outshining anyone or stealing their thunder, but rather of him assuming the role of Provocateur. In the Wetton/Cross era KC seemed to be an incredibly well-balanced trio with equal contributions from Fripp, Wetton, & Bruford (and then this occasional squawk from Cross or Muir). And all three 80's KC albums are models of democracy, with no one member ever standing out from the composite fabric. Or did you just mean that Bill is *better* than all the other guys?
