My sentiments exactly, Brett.  It just doesn't make sense.  They'll make at
least as much money as they did on the first season.  Maybe the rights will
switch hands some day soon and we will see a Season 2 release.  The first
season was one of the best TV-to-DVD releases ever.

Or maybe Lynch himself will be able to acquire the rights.  Of course, it
takes him 50 million forevers to come up with a master that meets his
exacting standards (c.f. the Eraserhead DVD).

And if you've ever seen the crappy VHS copies of TP, you know there is a
need for a good version of the entire series.

P.S. Yeah, Season 4 of The Sopranos pretty much sucked donkeys.  The only
thing that happened was Ralphie's disappearance.  10 hours for one hit.  And
it came in, what, the 5th ep?
