Moreover, the ABC format is currently supported by a wide variety of software writers, on a variety of operating systems. The source code to many of the programs is public. All this means that the chance of the ABC files becoming "meaningless", even in 15 years, is very much smaller than the chance of that happening to any proprietory format that exists only as long as its one supporting company exists and keeps on supporting it.

what? I've learned to accept it. I've moved on. Now I'm spending
