I've been playing australian/english/scottish/irish/spanish etc folk music for many years on whistles and whistle type things, and am now adding button accordion (having bought one on Saturday) (oldish Hohner, C-G, large red box). I'm also a singer and am hoping to be able to accompany myself (tricky to do on a tin whistle :) Coming from a melody only background - I'm realy fighting my left hand at the moment! I joined the list looking for info and chat, and , while the list is fairly quiet, it seems supportive enough. (of, course, you could now prove me quite wrong :) <lurk on> regards, Martin
