Meyer Mouthpiece Designations

My teacher recommends that I switch from a Meyer 7J metal mouthpiece to a Meyer
hard rubber 6 USA for my tenor sax.  Websites show this mouthpiece in Large,
Medium, and Small!  Which of these would be most similar to the J7?
