Renting out bass drum space?

Due to the property value in this country going sky-high recently, I was
thinking of renting out my bass drum as a average sized flat, since its
bigger than most of the places you'll find in London. Has any else tried
this yet? What kind of interest did you get? I was thinking of going for the
student market since they are less fussy about decor, and general repairs.
