DIS: Techo D-Day (Joe Strummer & the Mescaleros)

I'm trying to figure this one out, it should be fairly easier, mostly
Em at the 7th, with a Em - D - (Em) - Bm run.  I'm not sure if the 2nd
Em is right (it works but might be a 5th or summit).  Anyone know or
care?
