Take a look at the Sennheiser Digital 1000 unit, which should still be
available out there (although it is being discontinued). It is
basically the X-Wire technology, and is very inexpensive ($299 street
price, I think). I saw some last week when I visited a Guitar Center,
and I think Musician's Friend and AMS might have some as well.
