Thanks for this observation ... it's stunningly obvious once pointed out.

The thing is that conservatives don't actually have a positive agenda (at
least one they'd be willing to let the hoi poloi in on), so the only thing
left is Clinton bashing.   [The Dems aren't a lot better, all they have left
is Kennedy-waving.]  Their obsession with Bill Clinton's penis does baffle
me, though.
