Here's the closest I can come: Philip Noman's "Shout" says: "With his [Brian Epstein's] lawyer friend, Nat Weiss, he had formed a separate company, Nemperor Artists, to represent NEMS people in New York. Weiss had himself gone over to artist-management, handling groups like Cyrkle, whose song, 'Red Rubber Ball,' Brian had correctly judged a million-selling U.S. single." (p. 287) I believe they also opened for the Beatles on the 66 tour. So there's definitely a Beatles-connection.
