The Beach Boys concert which was included in the theatrical release of
the Beatles Washington Concert is readily and legally available.  It's
also of much higher video and audio quality than the Beatles concert.
The title of the DVD is "The Beach Boys -- The Lost Concert"  and it's
produced by Image Entertainment with cooperation from Brother Records.
