Kit Watkins titles going out of print

Hi, folks:

I just got word from Kit Watkins that with the demise of mp3.com a lot
of his most current releases will be going out of print.  :-(

Kit tells me I'll have one last chance to place an order with him to
get those titles, but I have to do it by Monday morning (that's
November 17!) at the latest.  If anyone is interested, here's the list
of titles going out of print:
