Gotta be careful here, lowers are completely different than wind
deflectors.

Lowers are fiberglass and attach to the hiway bar.

Wind deflectors attach below the fairing on the outside of the forks.

One cannot have both lowers and wind deflectors on a Harley, since the
wind deflectors would hit the lowers when turning.
