Ordering thru PTN Models

I tried to order the scout and tug conversion from PTN Models for the Plar
Lights USS Enterprise kit a month or so ago, and have not yet received the
models.  Has anyone else had problems with them?  I have tried to contact
them but have not received an answer.  Can anyone help?
